We will display your furniture and accessories in our showroom at reasonable, yet above the usual used furniture prices. There are always garage sales, but without a doubt, Just Kiss It Good Buy will maximize the value of your quality furniture and home décor beyond any amount you could ever generate in a garage sale. Consign the quality items....sell the rest in your garage sale.

Consigning with Just Kiss It Good Buy offers a safe, hassle-free way to recycle your upscale, high-quality items for the highest possible return, with the least amount of effort and risk. A very important consideration is that you will not have to open your home to strangers or have to arrange your time schedule in order to show your "For Sale" items to potential buyers. Consignment eliminates the responsibility for pricing and advertising.

We believe good marketing creates great deals for our customers and extra cash for our consignors. We will actively seek buyers for your consigned furnishings.

Just Kiss It Good Buy is keeping a "Wish List" for items that potential buyers are seeking. When we consign a similar item, we will call them on your behalf. You are now one step closer to selling your consigned piece.

Our website now features photos of new pieces in our shop. This will generate additional interest in your items.

HOW TO CONSIGN
Our typical consignment transaction begins with a call from you. Next, either e-mail or bring a photo of the item(s) you wish to consign into our shop. We will be pleased to review it.

If we determine it is a piece we can sell for you, an evaluation will be made of your item of furniture. We will discuss your desired price, the current consignment market and agree on a selling price. The process to sell your consigned item has begun! We will immediately review our "Wish List" and call prospective buyers who are looking for your particular type item. Our next step would be to display your item in our showroom.

HOW CONSIGNMENT WORKS AT JUST KISS IT GOOD BUY
We are interested in consigning quality, gently used furniture, new furniture and accessories. We are NOW ACCEPTING sofas, love seats, chairs, lamps, mirrors, pictures, antiques, area rugs, dining room furniture, home office furniture, curio cabinets, decorative pillows, bedroom furniture, coffee and end tables, complete dinnerware sets, unusual glassware, artificial plants and trees.

We will not accept mattresses, box springs, bedding and drapery items, books, electronic equipment, healthcare items or exercise equipment

All items must be clean and in good to excellent condition, currently in style or demand. Any items with missing parts, chipped, cracked, broken, in need of repair, refinishing or recovering, will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any item due to condition, current inventory levels or past experience.

ACCESSORY/DECOR CONSIGNMENTS
Accessories, home décor and rugs are visually inspected. Please drop by our location with your pieces.

CONTRACT, PRICING AND PAYMENT
A 90-day contract is signed at the time an item is accepted for consignment and will be displayed for that length of time. Extensions may be allowed by mutual agreement. We look at several factors to determine the resale price: manufacturer, original cost (it would be great if you have the original receipt), current market value, condition, history and consumer demand. Pricing and markdowns on resale items will be determined at the time of consignment, with consignor agreement. Any offer received from a potential buyer that is below resale price will be discussed with consignor.

When a consigned item(s) is sold, the sale price will be split between Just Kiss It Good Buy and the consignor. The consignors receives 50% of the sale and Just Kiss It Good Buy receives 50% of the sale.

The consignor will not be notified when a consigned item(s) has been sold. Payments will be processed on the 15th of the month following the sale. Payments will be mailed after the 15th.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A CONSIGNED ITEM DOESN'T SELL
If a consigned item has not sold by the end of the 90-day contract, the consignor will have 7 (seven) days to arrange and pickup their item. If consignor prefers, Just Kiss It Good Buy will donate the consigned piece to a local charity and we will send the consignor the receipt for tax purposes.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP
Delivery of consigned goods to Just Kiss It Good Buy is the responsibility of the consignor. Picking up purchased items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Under special circumstances, Just Kiss It Good Buy will arrange for delivery or pick up for a nominal charge.
